Industry 4.0 is a set of technologies that companies require to promote innovation strategies and obtain a rapid response in dynamic markets. It focuses mainly on interconnectivity, digital technology, predictive analytics and machine learning to revolutionize the way companies operate and develop. Therefore, this article proposes and motivates the implementation of Industry 4.0 in organizations. Studying the state of the art and reviewing the current situation of business intelligence (BI) technology, the way it has positively impacted organizations at the economic and business level in terms of decision-making and some success stories implemented in different business, academic, social and governmental environments. Moreover, it addresses the future expected for Industry 4.0 primarily in BI and how companies should face this revolution. This article provides knowledge contribution about the current state and positive consequences of Industry 4.0, and high development in technology when implemented in the organization and the harmonization between production and intelligent digital technology.

Interactive dashboards are becoming increasingly popular for aiding users with data discovery and BI analysis. As UX is an important factor in developing Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, the majority of current research centers around the evaluation of the User Experience (UX) in Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, but there are only a few studies that focus on the UX aspect of designing and developing such dashboards and most of the dashboards were developed without considering the human aspects. Therefore, the absence of UX in dashboard development can make it difficult for users to understand and fully utilize the dashboard, which leads to a lack of effectiveness. Therefore, there is a need to consider UX factors while designing and developing BI dashboards. The main aim of this study is to develop a UX Model by including both user experience and business intelligence dashboard elements for designing and developing the BI dashboards. In this research, we proposed a user experience by considering the elements of UX and BI dashboards from the existing literature, validated the model by conducting FGD, and analyzed FGD comments by applying the thematic analysis method. Based on the result after conducting analysis we updated the proposed model. The developed model can guide the developer while designing and developing the BI dashboard.

Nowadays, visualization is becoming an essential part of data analysis. Business Intelligence Visualization (BIV) is a powerful tool that helps modern business flows faster and smoother than ever before. However, research on BIV evaluation is severely lacking; most evaluation studies for BIV focus on usability, which have limited aspects covered for customers' needs. The purpose of this research is to develop a UX framework that evaluates BIV (UXBIV), including decision-making experience and interactivity. First, we did a literature survey for good understanding of research progress in related fields, and established a conceptual framework. Second, we performed a case study that implemented this framework to demonstrate how our framework can be used in real business. Our analysis shows that this UXBIV framework is quite reasonable, and it can capture the differences among various BIV designs from the users' standpoints. This UXBIV framework can help design BIV and promote better decision-making on business affairs.
