Methyl Palmitate Modulated NMDA-Induced Cerebral Hyperemia in Hypertensive Rats

Abstract: N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors were found to be dysfunctional in hypertensive rats. Methyl palmitate (MP) has been shown to diminish the nicotine-induced increase in blood flow in the brainstem.
