Abstract: Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) and methionine synthase (MTR) are key enzymes in folate metabolism, which is essential for DNA methylation and synthesis. It is known that polymorphisms in its genes have been associated with some forms of cancer including lymphoma.
