This document is based on the analysis and behavior of the component: Products and Impacts of Peruvian education from the data housed in the educational body, the detection of clusters, it was thanks to the hierarchical cluster theory that aims to identify the percentage of students in the departments that make up the clusters. Due to the characteristics and analysis, the study is framed within the quantitative approach, of an exploratory descriptive study, and the data collection technique was thanks to the documentary analysis, the processes of the construction of the classification trees through the dendrogram reported by the software SPSS statistician, who detected groups made up of departments based on the percentages of students who achieve competencies in the areas of communication and mathematics. According to the results of the cluster, the percentages of students who have difficulty achieving the expected learning objectives are located in the departments of Huancavelica, Huánuco, Madre de Dios, Apurímac and San Martín, while the students with the highest percentage of achievements.
