Metodología de implementación de un programa de revisión de menús en comedores escolares

Abstract: El objetivo del artículo es describir la metodología empleada en el desarrollo y ejecución del Programa de Revisión de Menús escolares en la ciudad de Barcelona y detallar las fases del proceso.
