Metronidazole Susceptibility and TVV-infection of Trichomonas vaginalis from Metro Manila and Angeles City, Philippines

Abstract: Background. Metronidazole susceptibility and the presence of Trichomonas vaginalis virus (TVV) are the phenotypes found to be significantly correlated with the microsatellite-based genotypes of T. vaginalis.
