Michigan Ophthalmology Pipeline: Exploring a Mentorship Model to Increase Diversity in Ophthalmology

Abstract: Background Ethnic concordance between physicians and patients improves compliance and therapeutic benefit. Current literature shows a lack of diversity within ophthalmology.
