Microbiological and biochemical findings in relation with clinical periodontal status in active smokers, non-smokers and passive smokers

Abstract: INTRODUCTIONCigarette users are more susceptible than non-smokers to periodontitis, a bacterial-induced, inflammation-driven, destructive disease of the supporting tissues of the teeth.
