Abstract: A study on the microbiological and nutritional composition of soybean cake (Awara) and camel- milk cheese (Chukwui) vended in Kano metropolis was carried out between September 2014 and March 2015. Two hundred samples were subjected to microbiological evaluation using standard procedures.
