Microbiological Quality of Oysters From an Estuary in Northeast Pará, Brazil, Before and After Purification Process

Abstract: This study evaluated the microbiological quality of farm oysters, cultivated in an estuary in northeastern Pará, Brazil, before and after purification process. Water and oyster samples were collected in June, August, October, and December 2019. Oysters underwent purification for up to 36 h in a small-scale adapted debugger.
