Abstract: Objective. The work was performed with the purpose to study microbiota state of the gastro-intestinal tract (GIT) of C57Bl/6 mice with signs of metabolic dysbiosis (MD) induced with the use of fructose solution or with poloxamer 407 (P 407), during treatment with combination of sodium polyprenylphosphate (PPP) and beta-sitosterol (BSS).
