Microcephaly-Lymphedema-Chorioretinal Dysplasia Syndrome: Two Case Reports

Abstract: Microcephaly-lymphedema-chorioretinal dysplasia is a rare syndrome in which the component of chorioretinopathy may develop later. We describe two patients with microcephaly-lymphedema-chorioretinal dysplasia syndrome who had characteristic facial features and congenital heart defects. Second patient had also lissencephaly which was very rarely reported before.
