Microfluidics combined with fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) for Candida spp. detection

Abstract: One of the most prevalent healthcare-associated infection is the urinary tract infection (UTI), caused by opportunistic pathogens such as Candida albicans or non-albicans Candida species (NACS).
