Microfoundations of innovation: A dynamic CEO capabilities perspective

Abstract: Although sustainable competitive advantages in today's hypercompetitive economy call for strong management skills, the literature lacks a holistic understanding of the specific capabilities chief executive officers (CEOs) utilize to drive innovation.
