Abstract:The present study evaluated the efficiency of a protocol for micropropagation of stem apexes and nodal segments of basil ‘Grecco a Palla’ in various concentrations of 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) and 3-indole butyric acid (IBA). A completely randomized design was used with six treatments distributed in five replications.
