Abstract: Introduction: The aim of the present study was the investigation of the mechanism of miR-375 in the Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori, Hp) -induced gastric cancer cell (GCC) model. Materials and Methods: Human normal gastric mucosal epithelial cells (GMECs) line GES-1 and human GCCs strain MKN45 were used as research objects.
