MicroRNA networks in prolactinoma tumorigenesis: a scoping review

Abstract: Background Prolactinoma is the leading type of pituitary adenoma. Aside from the mass-like effect of prolactinoma, its hormonal effect is the main pathological cause of endocrine dysregulation and infertility.
