MicroRNA-Related Polymorphism and Their Association with Fibromyalgia

Abstract: MicroRNAs are tissue-specific expressed short RNAs that serve post-transcriptional gene regulation. A specific microRNA can bind to mRNAs of different genes and thereby suppress their protein production.
