Abstract:Deficient DNA mismatch repair (dMMR) is a rare molecular disorder found in 20-30 % of endometrial tumors. Laboratory identification of dMMR/microsatellite instability (MSI) has a high diagnostic value, since these impairments are considered as biomarkers of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
