Abstract:The diaphragm is the most important muscle of respiration. The aim of this study was to analyze the cell types that constitute the human diaphragm at different ages. For this purpose, it was collected human tissue samples cadaveric fetal diaphragm, adult and elder. The material was processed and analyzed by optical microscopy and transmission electron.
