Microscopic Polyangiitis Disguised in Gastrointestinal Bleed: A Rare Association

Abstract: Microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) is an idiopathic autoimmune disease characterized by necrotizing vasculitis without granulomatous inflammation that predominantly affects small vessels. It most commonly presents in elderly patients but can occur at any age.
