Microstructure and Dielectric Behavior of Ytterbium Doped BaZr0.1Ti0.9O3 Ceramics

Abstract: BaZr 0.1 Ti 0.9 O 3 ceramics of perovskite structure are prepared by solid state reaction method with addition of x Yb 2 O 3 (x= 0.0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7 mol%), respectively, and their dielectric properties are investigated. Room temperature X-ray diffraction study suggested that the compositions have a single phase with a perovskite structure.
