Abstract:High-density hydrogen storage materials are crucial for the advancement of hydrogen energy. This work investigates the synthesis and characterization of a low-cost and high-performance Ti 45 Cr 52 Mo 3 alloy through arc-melting and melt-spinning processes. The alloy exhibits a significant dehydriding density of 2.4 wt % at 85 °C, indicating its potential as a hydrogen storage material. A comprehensive analysis of the alloy's microstructural evolution, de/hydrogenation thermodynamics, and cyclic properties has … Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
