Abstract:In this study, FeMnCrNiBNbAl wear-resistant coatings were prepared via high-velocity arc spraying technology on the surface of Q235 steel. The effects of spraying distance, voltage, and current on the coating performance were studied via the orthogonal experimental method with microhardness and porosity as evaluation indicators, and the process parameters were optimized.
