Microstructure, Processing and Properties of A New Two‐Phase Titanium Alloy

Abstract: In many applications alloys with higher strength than Ti-6Al-4V ELI and a similar level of fracture toughness and similar fatigue crack growth behavior are desirable. To achieve an excellent combination of high strength and good fracture toughness, a new two-phase titanium alloy based on Ti-Al-Mo-Cr-Sn-X was developed.
