Abstract:IMPORTANCE:
Microvascular autoregulation (MA) maintains adequate tissue perfusion over a range of arterial blood pressure (ABP) and is frequently impaired in critical illness. MA has been studied in the brain to derive personalized hemodynamic targets after brain injury.
