Migracja płynna a prekaryzacja pracy. Przykłady doświadczeń zawodowych młodych migrantów z wybranych miast średniej wielkości w Polsce

Abstract: Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie relacji między migracją zagraniczną a zjawiskiem prekaryzacji pracy młodych migrantów z wybranych miast średniej wielkości w Polsce. Autorki analizują, na ile migracja pozwala na zmianę a na ile utrwala prekarne warunki pracy, którym młodzi ludzie próbują sprostać, wyjeżdżając ze swoich społeczności lokalnych.
