“…The validation study carried out by Szpakowski et al (2019) among the nursing/midwifery staff (N = 103) indicated that the internal consistency of the 12 safety culture dimensions of Polish version of the HSOPSC was lower than the original US version (Duffy et al, 2018) and many European versions of the questionnaire (Smits et al, 2008;Hammer et al, 2011;Sarac et al, 2011;Robida, 2013;Perneger et al, 2014;Waterson et al, 2019).
