Milrinone improves lung compliance in patients receiving mechanical ventilation for cardiogenic pulmonary edema

Abstract: Milrinone-induced improvement in lung compliance along with an improvement of hemodynamics was found together with an inverse relationship between compliance and mean pulmonary artery pressure.
