MIMIc STEMI; Typical ECG of Takotsubo‐cardiomyopathy

Abstract: Our patient was a 76‐year‐old woman with a history of hypertension and a major depressive disorder who presented to the hospital with a sudden onset of dizziness followed by chest discomfort. ECG findings revealed that there was no ST‐segment elevation in V1 and ST‐segment elevation in V2‐V6. Echocardiography revealed left ventricular wall motion abnormalities.
