Mindfulness and Caregiving Experience in Adrd Caregivers

Abstract: Mindfulness (being present in the moment without judgement) has been linked to greater caregiver emotional health. Recent mindfulness-based interventions report improved coping skills, mood, and reduced stress in dementia caregivers.
