Mindfulness and Life Satisfaction of Selected Faculty Members of Laguna State Polytechnic University

Abstract: This study describes the relationship between the levels of mindfulness and life satisfaction of selected faculty at LSPU-SPCC. Descriptive Correlation Design was utilized. Using random sampling technique, 35 faculty members were selected from different colleges. Majority of the respondents were between ages 21-30 and 41-50, married, have one child, Catholic and working as part-time instructors.
