MinePath: Mining for Phenotype Differential Sub-paths in Molecular Pathways

Abstract: Pathway analysis methodologies couple traditional gene expression analysis with knowledge encoded in established molecular pathway networks, offering a promising approach towards the biological interpretation of phenotype differentiating genes.
