Minimally invasive aortic valve neocuspidization using autologous pericardium – first experience

Abstract: Highlights. Conducting minimally invasive aortic valve neocuspidization using autologous pericardium is a difficult task due to pericardial harvesting. Thoracoscopic harvesting of the pericardium provides a pericardial patch of sufficient size under visual control.
