Minimally processed cabbage stability under different treatments

Abstract: The present work aims to evaluate the efficiency of postharvest conservation treatments on the stability of minimally processed cabbage kept under refrigerated conditions. Cabbage heads from cv. Golden Acre purchased locally in Altamira, PA.
