Minority Rights in Ukraine After the Maidan Revolution: Change or Continuity?

Abstract: This paper explores the state of minority rights in Ukraine following the 2014 Maidan revolution. The Maidan revolution has been largely regarded as the most radical attempt at de-institutionalizing post-Soviet politics and order since 1991 and forging a new Ukrainian nation.
