Abstract: Brain glioma is a common gynecological tumor. MicroRNA (miRNA) plays a very important role in the pathogenesis and development of tumors. It was found that glycolysis played important regulatory roles in tumor growth. The present study aims to investigate the expression pattern of miR-21-5p in brain glioma cells.
