Miscarriage in patients with chronic endometritis and luteal phase deficiency. Principles of treatment and prevention

Abstract: Permanent inflammation of the endometrium against the background of altered vaginal microbiota is accompanied by a violation of cyclic tissue changes. The revealed deficiency of the secretory phase of the cycle was formed independently of the synthesis of progesterone by the corpus luteum and led to impaired embryo implantation and miscarriage.
