More recently, this age has been discussed on the basis of geochemical data and a Neoproterozoic age for sediments deformed during the Panafrican was the adopted solution [10]. We cannot in this work solve this controversy even if we prefer to assimilate the herein studied deformation to the Hercynian orogeny and the sedimentary units to the Cambrian, as previously suggested [3, 4 and 14].…”
