Misleading Positive Serology for Cat Scratch Disease following Administration of Intravenous Immunoglobulin

Abstract: Cat scratch disease (CSD), caused by Bartonella henselae, usually presents as regional lymphadenopathy/lymphadenitis, known as typical CSD or as atypical CSD, which includes, among others, neurological manifestations.
