Chronic osteomyelitis is a severe and persistent condition that engages bone and bone marrow. The infection can be limited to the bone, or it can propagate to the bone marrow, the periosteum, and the surrounding soft tissues. After 3 years’ patient admitted in infection ward with fever presentation. The clinical examination didn't reveal any sign of localization of fever.
