Mitotane Has an Estrogenic Effect on Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin and Corticosteroid-Binding Globulin in Humans

Abstract: Mitotane increased SHBG/CBG gene expression and liver production by mechanisms requiring the presence of ERalpha.
