Mitoxantrone as Second-Line Single Agent in Metastatic Breast Cancer

Abstract: Mitoxantrone (MIX), a member of the anthraquinone chemical class, was found to be a potential anticancer agent. It has a similar spectrum of activity as Adriamycin in experimental and human tumors.
