Mixed medullary-follicular thyroid cancer treated with surgery and radioiodine ablation: An illustrative case

Abstract: Introduction: Differentiated thyroid cancer is the commonest cancer affecting thyroid gland. Medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) constitutes only 2-8% of all thyroid cancers.
