Mixed-mode Multiphase Sinusoidal Oscillators using Differential Voltage Current Conveyor Transconductance Amplifiers and Only Grounded Passives Components

Abstract: This article is about mixed-mode multiphase sinusoidal oscillators that are made up of differential voltage current conveyor transconductance amplifier (DVCCTA) and use all the grounded passive components. The proposed multiphase sinusoidal oscillators provide a single DVCCTA, a single grounded resistor and a capacitor for each phase which is suitable for integrated circuit implementation.
