MMSET stimulates myeloma cell growth through microRNA-mediated modulation of c-MYC

Abstract: Multiple myeloma (MM) represents the malignant proliferation of terminally differentiated B cells, which, in many cases, is associated with the maintenance of high levels of the oncoprotein c-MYC.
