Moclobemide: Evolution, Pharmacodynamic, and Pharmacokinetic Properties

Abstract: The benzamide moclobemide is a reversible inhibitor of monoamine-oxidase-A (RIMA). It has been extensively evaluated in the treatment of a wide spectrum of depressive disorders and less extensively in anxiety disorders.
