Abstract:This paper presents an improved substrate integrated non-radiative dielectric (SINRD) bandpass filter design. The LSE 01 (Longitudinal Section Electric) mode is used as fundamental mode, which allows substrate height reduction compared to classical lowest LSM (Longitudinal Section Magnetic mode). A new modelization is proposed to characterize such a bandpass filter using the circuits equivalent method. Simulation results are successfully compared to finite element software results. In the design, permittivity … Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
