Model-based quantization for perceptually weighted compressed video sensing

Abstract: Exploiting perceptual-based weighting can improve the reconstruction quality for compressed video sensing (CVS). Nevertheless, practical implementation of the compressed sensing (CS) requires quantizing the measurements.
