Abstract: Optical coherence tomography (OCT) has been extensively used as noninvasive tool for biological tissues owing to its three-dimensional imaging ability and high axial resolution. OCT quality assurance is vital in these occasions to keep the reliability and accuracy in medical diagnosis.
